Please read carefully before ordering and ensure you understand the following :-
The following terms & conditions apply to all transactions with Baccraft.
All orders will be treated as an acceptance of these terms & conditions by you the customer or the purchaser of the goods.
Please note these terms of business do not affect your statutory rights.
LIABILITIES:
All items shown on this website and all items sold by Baccraft are collectors items and are not suitable for very young children (due to small parts), Some other items are not suitable for under 14 years.
* Please be sure of what you are ordering & how old the person is you are ordering for, as Baccraft accepts no responsibility what so ever for any injury or damage caused to any person or persons or property (including any third party injures / damage) caused when using any of its products.
* If you need help in deciding whether a particular item is suitable for a child of a certain age please don''t hesitate to contact us on 01442 244 660 & we will do our very best to help you.
All house, basement & conservatory kits (flat packs) come with full instructions but if you do have a problem where you are not sure what the next step is we will always help you so please do not hesitate to phone or email us.

Baccraft accepts no responsibility for information or advice given or any printing errors on this website nor in any material supplied by us.  Please note all dimensions given are approximate.
We (Baccraft) reserve the right to alter the price of any item or product without notice.
MAKING A PURCHASE :
1. To make a purchase on this web site could not he easier or more secure, click on the tab of any item you wish to purchase to put them in the shopping cart. When you have completed your selection click on the security link to go through to the Pay Pal checkout where you will need to fill in some details to enable us to execute your order.
2. you can telephone your order or clarify any queries you may have on 01442 244 660.
3. Telephone your order direct on 01442 244 660 & send us a cheque, postal order or you can now make a payment via a BACS faster payment to our bankers, please ask for details.
4. You can also e-mail us through our online e-mail form.
Whatever method you use please make sure you give enough information such as phone Number, home address, e-mail address so we can execute your order and contact you in case of any queries with your order.
POSTAL / CARRIAGE CHARGES:- UK MAINLAND ONLY
(For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands destinations, please phone first) All other standard UK orders are charged from £1.50 up to £5 (max) & from £5 to £10.00 (max) (for heavier items, ie:- dolls houses, basements, conservatories and our large roofing sheets) depending on weight, which covers post/carriage, packing and insurance.Delivery of built or built & painted dolls houses where the charge is £15 for up to a 20 mile radius of industrial area Hemel Hempstead. Please contact us first before placing order on (01442 244 660) We can deliver further distances at extra cost, please email or phone for a quote, before placing order.

We have no minimum order value. 
VAT:- There is no VAT to be added to any of our prices, the price quoted is the price you pay.
DELIVERY:
All goods will be sent by either courier service or Royal Mail first or second class depending on the item being sent, we always try to send our goods in the most economic way possible. House or basement kits (flat packs) normally go by courier. For finished houses please see above "Postal/Carriage charges" or look under the heading "services" (top of home page) or contact us.

Excepting your delivery. You will be asked to sign for your goods when they arrive.
Baccraft accepts no responsibility for delivery times or late delivery by any of the carriage, postal or courier companies that we use.
PAYMENT:  Your payment is made through Paypals safe & secure site & excepts all major credit cards. If you prefer to deal more direct with us we do accept payment by cheque or postal order at our registered address but goods are not despatched until cheque has been cleared by our bankers. Baccraft retains full ownership of all goods purchased by the customer until payment has been made in full & the payment has been cleared by our bankers, it is only then that the full ownership title of the goods passes to the customer.
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS:
All items are subject to availability. In the event of any item being momentary out of stock, we will contact you and if you do not wish to proceed with the order or if for any reason we cannot supply the item we will arrange for the order to be cancelled.
No monies will be taken until goods are despatched from our warehouse. If the transaction    process has already started we will issue you with a full refund within 5 working days.
RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER:
When your order arrives please check it without delay and phone or email us within 7 working days of receipt of goods if there is any damaged parts or the order is incorrect in any way, we will gladly replace or refund at our cost. IMPORTANT POLITE NOTICE -  Please contact us first before returning any item(s) & adhere to the above notification times as goods cannot be replaced or refunded if you have not notified us within the 7 working days.
RETURNS:- Where the order has been executed correctly:-
We like happy satisfied customers so if you wish to return an item(s) the item(s) must be in their original condition & original box(s) & in resalable condition. If the item(s) came in sealed boxes or bubble packs they must not have been opened. The customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods before returning any item(s), after that time it will be deemed as excepted and no refunds will be given. [We regret we cannot issue refunds on items that have been made to order] 

The customer must pay the postage on the goods he or she is returning and is responsible for their safe transport until we receive them. Only then will we refund the purchase price in full but not our outward postage/carriage costs to the customer. It is the responsibilty of the customer when returning goods to see that they are boxed up the same way as received & that they are sent the safest way possible. 
Please return damaged or unwanted goods within 14 days from receipt of goods.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Here at Baccraft we treat this subject very seriously and our staff are very well trained in this field. (Data protection act). We do not disclose or pass on any of our customers information to any third parties, we only hold your information to deliver your goods to you.
