They are very strong, safe and reliable, these are especially made in a compact size to fit and operate inside a dolls house attic. Ideal for light or heavy roofs even if the roof is MDF with real slate tiles fitted.
*If your roof is a heavy roof with slate tiles you will need to use both roof stays supplied. However It is always best to use both stays anyway, as it doubles up on the safety factor, what ever the roof and tiles are made of. ****If you have a very large wide dolls house with slate tiles on the roof please ask us for advice before attempting to fit these stays.
These roof stays are the very best for quality and value on the present market. Supplied as 1 x R. Hand and 1 x L. Hand. Nickel plated on strong steel for strength, excellent quality and strongly made. They are checked, oiled and tested for child safety before being dispatched from our premises.
Operation. Once they are fitted correctly they lock in the roof open position by just pushing on the stays towards the back of roof and can be released by pulling the stays forward just above the centre swivel joint.
