It gives two or three extra nice sized rooms and has a hinged double front opening to match house front. External [front] double steps up from ground level to the ornate front door. 

The house and basement are beautifully finished in good quality MDF with a strong easy build construction, including easy to follow instructions and its British made.

Please note internal door cut outs are included but the doors are not included. They can be supplied by us if you require them.
